The 2011 Indianapolis 500 will be held on Sunday, May 29th. If you would like to attend the race, you can order your tickets now. They also have tickets for other events that happen in May leading up to the actual Indy 500. The general admission ticket for practice days, May 14-20 are $5.00 each practice day you attend. May 21-22 is qualifying days and tickets are $10.00 each day. Miller Lite Carb Day, on May 27, tickets are $10.00. Race day general admission tickets are $20.00.

If you really like motorsports, 2011 Indianapolis 500 have a race day season pass for $75.00. The dates for the season pass is May 29, July 31, and August 28. The other two races are the Brickyard 400 and the Red Bull Indianapolis GP. If you want to order general admission tickets, do it soon because these special ticket prices are only good until January 30th. These tickets are for the 2011 Indianapolis 500 at 2010 prices. Beginning February 1st the tickets will be $10 for each practice day, $15 for each qualification day, and $20 on Miller Life Carb day, and race day tickets will be $30.
This race is the 100th anniversary of the Indianapolis 500. The first race was run on a dirt-and-tar track. General admission tickets are increasing for the first time since 1993. Accompanied by an adult general admission ticket holder, children under 12 are admitted free. On practice, qualification and Miller Lite Carb days fans have seat access with general admission. On race day there is no seat access with a general admission ticket. General admission ticket holders will be in the infield and you have to bring your own chair or blanket if you want to sit. There are reserved tickets for race day, but you have to hurry because they go fast and ticket holders reserve the same seats every year.

TRIVIA: Only four cars have completed the Indianapolis 500 without a pit stop. The last time was in 1949.
