2012 Audi A6 is believed to be reposed on Audi’s latest development – ASF platform. It is nothing but aluminium and steel spaceframe. And the top version of 2012 A6 is likely to offer 4.2 liter and V-8 engine (8 cylinder) engine which is capable of producing 372 horsepower. The two diesel engine mechanisms with 2.7 liter and 6 cylinder motor generating 185 horsepower and 3.0 liter and 6 cylinder motor generating 238 horsepower are expected to arrive in near future. The base versions of 2012 Audi A6 is equipped with 7 geared speed box whereas the top versions will come equipped with 8 geared speed box.
