2012 Hyundai Genesis Review

These days Hyundai Motor has been inventing its range of new models considering the growing needs of the buyer class. The mere name has transformed into a brand within a span of 1 decade.  Pocketing this success Hyundai is now adding a new invention in its series of Genesis. The company is coming up with a lustrous version of luxury sedan to be known as 2012 Hyundai Genesis.

2012 Hyundai Genesis is a luxury sedan that comes up with classic styling and enhanced performance to compete with its rivals. It represents the luxury class sedan with spacious interior giving comfortable head-room and leg-room. The vehicle gets a slight redesigned grille front with stylish head lamps as well as redesigned tail lights and exhaust pipe. It structure is based on a set of 18 inch alloy wheels associated with tries to give smooth ride in all weather conditions. The car is generously spaced to accommodate 5 passengers. The seats are gifted with premium quality leather wraps and the addition of heated passenger seat. The power driver’s seat with multilevel heating is adjustable in 8 ways to offer added command over the vehicle while driving as well as the power passenger seat adjustable in 4 ways. The rear seats are foldable to increase the storage space if desired. Even the central armrest piece can be detached for easy passage.

2012 Hyundai Genesis comes in two powertrain versions, the one consisting of 3.3 liter 6 cylinder engine producing the momentum of 265 hp and another higher version of 5 liter and 8 cylinder engine associated with 32 valves. (These cylinders are termed as multi-valve cylinders). This engine produces the momentum of 378 hp at 6550 rpm and the torque of 324 lb.ft. at 4500 rpm. This version is offered with DOHC technology (double overhead camshaft). This technology operates on two valves, one working as fuel intake valve and the other as fuel exit valve to offer better fuel efficiency. The premium version of engine comes paired with 8 speed gear box with automatic transmission. With such a unique technology underhood the vehicle works on all wheel drive mechanism to offer stability and maintain grip on bad roads.

2012 Hyundai Genesis is featured with a huge array of amenities comprising of keyless remote control entry, power sunroof /moonroof, power window with heated power mirrors, rear view camera and rear glass defogger. For added comfort, the sedan is furnished with cup holder, cruise control, keyless starter and tilted telescopic power steering. Along with these luxury amenities the car comes with huge list of safety features like a range of airbags all over the interior, child safety seat, seat belts, front and rear disc brakes, stability and traction control system for better hold of vehicle in slippery condition. In addition to this the dashboard is mounted with voice recognition navigation system, Bluetooth technology for mobile connectivity, USB connectivity and the audio system loaded with AM/FM, 6 disc changer with MP3 player associated with 17 speakers.

2012 Hyundai Genesis with such a unique luxury package is expected to arrive in the market by mid 2011 offering the price tag of $47,000. It proves to be a modern generation car with stylish attributes to arrive soon.

    The 2011 Genesis is the WORST riding car I have ever owned. It even makes smooth roads rough.
