The Hex Core Phenom ii X6 1100T is a low cost gaming / high performance processor that currently competes with the Intel’s 1st and second generation core i5 and core i7 processor. It has been a while since the processor has been launched and gamers are using it for building systems on their existing AM2+/AM3 socket motherboard. With a good gaming card the the 1100T, you may be able to give your existing motherboard a good life.
