AMD Turion II Dual-Core Mobile M520 Processor has a DDR2 SDRAM memory controller which can support a dual channel 400 Mega Hertz DDR2 RAM. There is also a single 16 bit 1.8 Giga Hertz Hyper transport Layer supported in AMD Turion II Dual-Core Mobile M520 Processor. The processor has total 638 pins. S1g3 is the type of socket supported by this processor. AMD Turion II Dual-Core Mobile M520 Processor is in market from September 2009.
