ASUS Eee Pad EP101TC tablet review

ASUS revealed their two Eee Pad models at Computex 2010 The Eee Pad EP121 and Eee Pad EP101TC.Both the tablet PC’s are runs on Windows. Earlier we previewed Eee Pad EP121. Let us take a look to at Eee Pad EP101TC features. At the same time we will also compare it with ASUS Eee Pad EP121.

ASUS Eee Pad EP101TC tablet is intended for tech-savvy, frequent traveler, mobile businessman. The tablet is designed so that its user always remains updated.

Eee Pad EP101TC is 10 inch device. It weighs only 675g. This sleek tablet from ASUS can easily be fitted into user’s pocket.

The EP101TC will come with latest NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, although Eee Pad EP121 comes with Intel atom processor. When comes to operating system it comes with Windows Embedded Compact 7 operating system. When comes to display Eee Pad EP101TC is alike Eee Pad EP121; its comes with touch sensitive capacitive display which offers 1366 x 768 pixels resolution.

It has integrated webcam like ASUS Eee Pad EP121 which is of 2 megapixels. It also comes with wi-fi connectivity supported by 802.11/b/g/n version. The EP101TC also comes with optional 3G. Similar EP121 it will also comprise of a USB port, flash support so that user can synchronize with their laptop or notebook through USB or Micro SD to make sure that all jobs are regularly up-to-date.

The cover of ASUS Eee Pad EP101TC tablet comes with matte black with aluminum edge. EP101TC comes with 10 hours of battery life which means it has sufficient life to get the entire job done. At the end of the day user can access their favorite social networking portal or can watch movie.

ASUS display keyboard docking station with Eee Pad EP121 model but it was said that it will be available with 10” EP101TC model also. The feature it incorporates will provide its user a complete access to a range of connected devices and also provide cloud computing services.

The EEE Pad EP101TC, will be available at first quarter of 2011 at the price range of  $399 to $449
