Admission

There are different rules for admission to different Universities. In some Institutes you can get admission just on the basis of number, other Institutes require you to go through the process of Admission Test. Institutes have different rules when deciding the cut off marks for admission. Some of them take admission even with less than 50 per cent marks, some require more than 55 percentage marks and some even first class. You should contact the the Institute of your choice for more information.

Qualifications

Usually four semesters or two years of the program for a Masters Degree in Chemistry requires at least Graduation in Science degree. Many institutions require Graduation in Biochemistry for PG in Biochemistry. The student who have done course in Industrial Microbiology, , Botany, Zoology, Physiology and have taken Chemistry as part of the are also considered eligible for Admission to M.Sc. Biochemistry.
