The laptop is made for home computing as well as for mobile professional. It is 4lb in weight and less than 1 inch thick. The IdeaPad U460 starts with price of $799. But from the aspect of gaming and multimedia I would like to go with IdeaPad U460-087722u model with core i5 processor and NVIDIA Graphics.

Though both Intel Core i5-450M and Core i3-350M are dual core processor but there is major difference in their turbo mode, The Core i3-350 comes with 667MHz max Graphics Turbo and core i5-450M comes with 766MHz Graphics turbo.  So performance wise core i5-450M is better than core i3-350M

Kicking things off with the design, Acer TimelineX 1830T comes with an identical look as the Aspire One 721 netbook. It comes with a svelte profile, although it adds more to the overall weight department registering at 3 pounds from Aspire One’s 2.8 pounds. Nonetheless, it is highly portable and really easy to bring with you wherever you need it. It comes with 11.6-inch display with a textured lid and sleek lines. ATI Radeon HD 5850 with DDR3 video memory is excellent graphics card and provides good support with 16:9 resolution format. After watching specification one can easily conclude that Acer wants to make Acer Aspire 8943G laptop as a high productivity laptop but why didn’t Acer provide USB 3.0  port that is beyond my thought. So over all the Acer Aspire 8943G is a good laptop for gaming and multimedia.
