freelancer.com review – A Real Work at Home Job

Do you want a real job that you can work at from home? Do you want a job that does not involve filling out surveys, reading emails for less than a penny, filling out offers, MLM, having a website in which you can sell affiliate products for a percentage of the purchase price, or writing and selling e-books? Do you like to write and have basic computer and grammar skills? If the answer is yes to all three of these questions, then you need to check out the website Freelancer.com.

This is a site for freelance writers. It does not matter if you are just starting out or if you have several years experience as a writer. It does not matter if you live in the United States or in another country. Freelancer is free to join and the only expense is the cost if you win a bid.

When you join the site, you need to have the basic computer skills, do not mind sitting in front of the computer for several hours a day typing out the articles, can do research on the internet, and have basic grammar knowledge. You should also know how to check your article to see if it is plagiarized, which means the article is copied word or word, or partially copied from an article you are using for research. For this you can use the service of the website CopyScape.

It does not matter if English is your first language because the projects that you find on Freelancer will sometimes ask for writers with different language skills. Once you have signed up for your free account, you will have a page where you can check all the skills that you have so you will get notices about just the projects that you have the skills to do. Several times a day you will get notices of projects that fit into the skills you have listed.

You then click on a project that interests you and you will be taken to the project page where the project is described. If you want to bid on the project, then you click on the button to place a bid. Once on the bid page, it is self explanatory as to what you should do.

It might be advisable to have a website, a free one will do, to showcase some writing samples. If you have contact information on this website, you are not allowed to give the website URL for a sample for prospective employers. Giving out contact information is not allowed on freelancer unless you win the bid, then it is okay to share that information.

If you win the bid, you are charged a percentage of the price that you bid, which is either 10% or $5.00, whichever is higher. Once you complete the project and send it to the employer, if they accept the project, then you are paid the amount that is agreed upon. Sometimes the project you accept is for only one project while others can be ongoing for as long as it is in agreement between you and the employer.

You are not going to get rich but you can earn some spending money. You can bid on more than one project and accept more than one project. You just need to make sure that you do not accept more projects than you can handle. When you first start out, you should not accept more than two projects until you get use to typing for several hours a day and being able to submit the articles requested on time.

This is a real job and you can make money on this website working as a freelance writer. Some people are not cut out to sit in front of the computer doing research and then typing the research into an article. On this site, there are help topics and a great support team that will answer any questions that you might have. If you want a job that you can get rich quick, then this is not the job for you. You can earn money but it takes time and effort. It is a site that is definitely worth checking out if you love to write and want to work at home setting your own hours and days you want to work.

    Good review !!!

But …there are few issues. It is hard for a new freelancer to get job without new ratings. The prices offered are very low. The workers from low wages country like India and China get the jobs while the low price does not make sense for US freelancers.

They are horrible – as a freelancer or employer. As a freelancer, it is hard to get a job. And when you get a job after bidding etc., the employer tries to rip you off by making you work for a month for pennies. Avoid them if you can.

It’s impeative that your potential clients geet too knlw and trust you, and one oof
the best ways tto do this is to let them experience some of yoour magic – at no charge.
However, you caan create a lot of hours iif you cut back on the television shows you watch.
They ill do all the work to make that field relevant, and then a big business will come along and scoop uup all the business that has been created.
Prime suppliers have you on COD (Caash On Delivery).

In some cases it may be duee to unrealistic expectations,
but in many cases it is simply a question off misinformation. Therefore,
it iss wise to use the internet to locate quality programs without breaking the bank finding a company.
However, these days, many small business owners are tdying out differednt ways on how to advertise and market their products in such a way thgat it
wouyld bee efficient even if it does not cost much. I’ll make it even more
realistic: what if 100, 1000 or even 10,000 customers and potential customers asked you to send them something oof interest, either about your business,
your industry or even you, on a regular basis and all you hadd to do is spend 15 minbutes tto prepare that message – wouuld you do it.
