Intel dual-core Atom N500 review

According to electronista.com Intel dual-core Atom N500 is on track to be launched soon.
These Atom processors will have dual-core Atom-based CPUs and will have DDR3 RAM support. Two of these chips the Atom N455 and N475 should be available for launch anytime.

ASUS will be one of the first netbook manufacturer to launch netbooks based upon dual core atoms. The expected price of these netbooks will be around $575.

Intel it facing stiff competition with ARM based processor. The Cortex A9 processors, with low power and high throughput are expected to give tough competition to intel Atoms.

This processor is expected to be a variant of the Atom D510 (1.66GHz frequency with Hyperthreading). It is expected that it will support Enhanced SpeedStep allowing dynamic clock and voltage scaling for the CPU core.
