Intel Pentium SU2700 Processor review

The Intel Intel Pentium SU2700 Processor has a clock frequency of 1.3 GHz. It is a single core processor and boasts L2 cache of 2 MB.

Obviously the performance of the processor is not great. However, it was not intended to be a high performance processor. Its strength is its low power. It a TDP (Thermal Power Design) rating of just 10 Watts, the Intel Pentium SU2700 Processor is ideally suited for think netbooks, small notebooks.


The Intel Pentium SU2700 Processor is built with 45 nm technology and does support the 64 bit instruction set.

As far as the benchmarking results of the Intel Pentium SU2700 Processor is concerned, it has been reported to take close to 42 seconds with the 1M Super Pi and 94 seconds with Super Pi 2M.

The intel Pentium SU2700 can be seen in some of the low cost notebooks including ACER Acer Timeline 15.6″ AS5810-4657 ( sub $400 notebook), Acer Aspire Timeline AS5810TZ-4657.
