Nikon D7000 DSLR camera Review

Nikon announces Nikon D7000 DSLR camera which is based on  Nikon DX format. The camera is equipped with 23.6 x 15.6 mm CMOS sensor which houses total 16.9 pixels, However, the effective megapixel  is only16.2. When resolution is point of matter, the D7000 model from Nikon secures second position after D3X which comes with 24 megapixel. It can shoot photo with highest resolution of 4,928 x 3,264 which is undoubtedly a great capture. High resolutions means photo with good clarity and details. D7000 enable you to create large prints of crop images. The photo will not be blurred as the senor comes with high resolution .

D7000 digital SLR comes with ISO range of 100-6400 which can be extendable up to 25,600 with improved Noise Reduction technology which reduces the noise or grains when photo is taken using High ISO in low light condition. Moreover, due to integration of latest developed 2,016-pixel RGB sensor in the D7000, that reads color information of subject and brightness to provide classy photos.

The D7000’s comes with latest AF 39 points which can capture most of the frame. When working with portraits the 9 AF points situated in the center use powerful cross-type sensor and gives you excellent image. And the best thing is D7000’s nine cross-type sensors compatible with all AF NIKKOR lenses f/5.6 or faster. The D7000 provides opportunity of different AF area modes which comprises of dynamic-area AF using 9, 21, 39 points.

Furthermore, the viewfinder provide you 100% coverage with 0.94x* high-magnification

Nikon D7000 camera comprises of 3D tracking which can track moving subjects with 39 points. With the help of Nikon’s Scene Recognition System and Auto-area AF, the camera can automatically focus on the main subject within 39 AF points.

The D7000’s smart Auto white balance algorithm ( AWB) deliver true whiteness irrespective of light sources. The scene reorganization mode smartly calculates the color and brightness information and source of light of the subject prior to shooting. The all new Nikon DSLR D7000 integrated with another AWB mode that optimize warm lighting ambience while taking shots under incandescent light.

On continuous shooting mode D7000 camera provides 6fps per second

Wrapped in magnesium alloy frame the Nikon DSLR D7000 comes with 5.2 × 4.1 × 3.0 in dimension with 3” LCD has 921K dot resolution.  It comes with double SD card slot

Nikon D7000 comes with wide range of shutter speed from 1/8,000 to 30s.

When comes to recording movie, the Nikon D7000 DSLR can record movie in full HD content. The camera comes with HDMI support so that you can watch recorded movie directly from camera to external monitor.

When comes to price, the camera with Kit (18-105mm VR lens)  will be available with $1500. No Doubt it is a hefty sum. But if you are avid photographer Nikon D7000 DSLR will be a decent choice.
