Pentium P6100 Vs Pentium P6200

The Pentium P6100 is clocked at 2.00 GHz while the Pentium P6200 is clocked at 2.13 GHz or 6.25% higher than the Pentium P6100. You should therefore expect a performance improvement of the order of 5% in P6200 in the CPU intensive tasks ( as compared to the Pentium P6100).

The launch of the Pentium P6000 Series from Intel seems to be an attempt to encash the “Pentium” brand name that it has nurtured over the years. The Pentium P6000 series is the Hyperthreading disabled Arrandale processors. Disable the Hyperthreading from the core i3 processor and you have the Pentium P6xxx processor.

The Table below lists out the benchmark comparison of the Pentium P6100 and Pentium P6200.
