Starred Reviews present you the reviews of the products that you are likey to buy at the shops, online or offline. We continued to offer you the best and the relevant review and today’s review include the VAIO VPCEB35FX/WI from Sony – known for the quality laptops that lasts without any major hardware issues for few years. Notice that you can not held Sony responsible for any Virus or other related issues, which is out of the control of Sony or any other manufacturing company for that matter.

Quality notebook design requires concerns for Signal Integrity ( The freezing RAMs) addrressed in a well engineered design. It should calculate and address any heat issue that can affect the notebook. More importantly the notebooks designed should undergo a number of quality tests including temperture and stress tests. In the era of the cost cutting, few companies take up the kind of the engineering discipline required to bring out the quality product. Sony is one of them – and that is what viao makes up a brand name that they have accumulated over the years. We can not say the same thing about Acer.

Sony VAIO VPCEB35FX/WI is powered by the top of the line core i3 processor, intel core i3-370M – 2.4 GHz, 2 core with 3 MB Cache. And based upon the computing power this notebook will give you decent performance in most circumstances.

Sony VAIO VPCEB35FX/WI is priced at $798.44 at Walmart. And compared to the Samsung SF510-A01, that we recently reviewed, this notebook is $150 or so higher ( Samsung SF510-A01 is priced at $629 at the time of writing). The Samsung SF510-A01 is powered by the same core i3-370M, has exotic looks and features intel WiDi. If you wish to stick to Sony VAIO VPCEB35FX/WI in place of Samsung, we call it brand loyality in marketing lingo. On the plus side Sony VAIO VPCEB35FX/WI has the Blu Ray Disc player while Samsung SF510-A01 has only DVD reader/writer.

If you research a little bit more you will find that VAIO VPCEB35FX/WI is available at $699 which makes it within the striking distance of Samsung SF510-A01. Staples does surprise us often with great deals for many of the notebook deals.
